Aimetis wins Benchmark magazine security award.

Canadian company, Aimetis, wins video surveillance software product of the year. 

The Aimetis Symphony Enterprise out-performed many competitors’ solutions to win this award.

Optimum has been the key player in raising the profile of Aimetis in the UK and entered Aimetis in the award as part of its marketing package. Aimetis has also benefitted from very positive feedback from a set of Benchmark tests earlier in the year, where Optimum also played a key role in profiling and raising awareness of Aimetis.

The Aimetis Symphony Enterprise impressed the judges to take the prestigious award. It is an intelligent, video surveillance management software package that offers a single, innovative open IP platform for video management, video analytics, system integration and alarm management.

Aimetis Symphony Enterprise can be installed on standard IT hardware, making it a practical choice for most applications. It supports both analogue and IP cameras and is integrated with hundreds of different camera manufacturers. The system is easy to use, highly scalable and provides extensive data that can be used for site security and management purposes. It is available in the UK through the Security Buying Group, a specialist VMS supplier with expert technical knowledge. Optimum offers clients annual marketing packages, as well as one-off services. The annual contracts include a bespoke marketing package, created to meet budget and marketing goals.
