The AI places higher value on organic content, above 'paid for' content. All our content is optimised for high, natural, organic rankings, to keep costs down. However, we provide google advert and pay-per-click (PPC) support, along with SEO services, if required.

Nick Bowden - MD Optimum
Nick Bowden is founder and managing director of Optimum. He is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, operating with the CTO's, CEO's and MDs of many private sector, technology and manufacturing businesses, including start-ups, SMEs and PLCs.
Nick was previously the EMEA Marketing Director of Honeywell Security, where he was responsible for all marketing strategy, planning, promotion and communications for security in the Automation and Control division, then $7bn of its $23bn turnover. His role included the management of R&D, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Management, Technical Support, Training, Digital Platforms and Marketing Collateral. Before that, Nick was Engineering Manager and then Marketing manager at UK CCTV manufacturer, Baxall Security and an Engineer for National Grid and utility supplier, BICC Components.
Nick is also a director of Digifort UK (Security Buying Group), a company he founded in 2012, where he remains a majority shareholder.
Nick has BA Hons (First Class) in Design and Technology and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Loughborough University of Technology. He is qualified in Strategic Marketing from the Institute of Marketing and is Six Sigma trained.
Nick is married with four grown up children. He enjoys cycling, running, hill-walking (Munro's in particular) and camper-vanning!
